With strong creep resistance and excellent phase solubility, our products can be
prepared by adding viscosity increaser, stabilizer or solvent after being mixed
with other materials directly or special modification. The finished materials have
high bonding strength and thermal stability, are less easy to become yellow and
suitable for bonding of a wide variety of products such as self-adhesives (for instance,
nape), self-adhesive tags, non-woven bonding agent, adhesive tapes for industrial
purposes, bonding agents for buildings, fillers, sealing tapes, reactive adhesive
tapes, adhesives for shoemaking and materials that are difficult to bond such as
PP, PE, PET. |

|
|
In spite of its advantages such as easiness to process, easiness to be shaped and
high strength, plastic is also found to have such shortcomings such as low rigidity
and low elongation; hence, addition of rubber is the best means to increase the
shock resistance and elongation of plastic. After are products are mixed with plastic,
significant improvements have been made in the shock resistance and elongation of
the plastic. The scope of applications includes modification of ordinary plastics
(PE, PP, PS, EVA, HIPS, ABS, TPU, etc) and high performance engineering plastics
such as PC, PPS, PPO and NYLON. |

|
After being modified by adding Taipol® TPE, the flexibility
and extensibility of bitumen (asphalt) are improved, which results in significant
improvements in the performance, making it possible for asphalt to adapt to severe
weather changes and extend the service life of asphalt. After modification, the
asphalt witnesses improvements in resistance to flowing at high temperatures, crackability
at low temperatures, tensile strength and resistance to fatigue. Hence, Taipol® is used extensively in asphalt road and roof water-proof
treatment applications with strict requirements for strength and flexibility. |

Since Taipol® TPE is toxicity-free, recyclable and high
compatible with other plastics, it is widely regarded as the environment friendly
substitute of PVC and NR. Taipol® TPE does not contain
BHT & TNPP, has excellent weather resistance and low temperature resistance,
can be mixed and processed according to different needs through such means as injection,
extrusion, blowing moulding easily. The product is used for a wide variety of applications,
such as ordinary daily necessities, shoes (sole and pad), sports products, medical
equipment, accessories of industrial products (tool handles, industrial wheels)
and fire retardant products such as electric wires and cables to meet diversified
