Also known as TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber), TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) has the characteristics of both rubber and thermoplastic rubber and is characterized in easiness to be processed at high temperatures in the smelt state and phase separation at room temperatures to form physical cross-linking and therefore acquiring tensile strength similar to that of traditional vulcanized rubber. TPE features easiness to process, low energy consumption, is recyclable and has become a very important high molecular material in today’s world of rising awareness of environmental protection.

TPS (Styrene, SBC): SBS, SIS, SEBS
Olefinic: TPO (polyolefin), TPV (EPDM/PP, partial sulfur)
TPU (polyurethane): ester (easy to hydrolyze), ether
Engineering TPEs:TPE-E (polyester), TPE-A (amide)
High Performance: Silicone、Acrylics for high oil & Heat resist
