TSRC was established by Mr. T.H. Ing in 1973 soon after the decision of Taiwan government
to develop its petrochemical industry. TSRC, the first synthetic rubber producer
in Taiwan, has accumulated a vast technology base and hundreds of skilled engineers
during its years of operation and subsequently awarded with environmental protection
certification in 1984. However, the decisive reason that set TPE material apart
from others is that it possesses the characteristics of both plastic and rubber,
which enables it to cover a road range of applications. In order to expand the applications
for TPE’s even further, TSRC also set up the Applied Materials Division(AMD) and
the Application Center, apivot of AMD, which focuses on market-oriented polices
to meet the ever changing demands of its customers.
